1. General information
This website provides general information about ClaimEasy’s insurance claim consulting services. Website content is not an insurance contract, legal opinion, claim adjudication, guarantee of payment or substitute for case-specific professional advice.
2. Free preliminary review
A free review is a preliminary assessment based on the information made available by the enquirer. It does not create a professional engagement and may change after complete documents, policy wording and facts are reviewed.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Claim outcomes depend on policy wording, disclosures, facts, evidence, insurer assessment, procedural requirements, applicable regulation and decisions of grievance or judicial forums. Historical success rates are not guarantees of future results.
4. Fees
For cases accepted by ClaimEasy, registration may start from ₹499. Success-linked professional charges are generally stated as 10–20% of the claim amount, depending on the matter and as agreed in writing. The exact terms applicable to a case will be governed by the engagement agreement.
5. No Claim, No Fee
The expression “No Claim, No Fee” refers to the success-linked professional fee component. Registration or other expressly agreed fixed charges, if any, are separate and governed by the engagement agreement.
6. Grievance and legal forums
Eligibility for the Insurance Ombudsman or any other grievance/legal forum is subject to the rules, jurisdiction, monetary limits, timelines and procedural requirements applicable at the relevant time. Where legal representation is required, it will be arranged or undertaken only in accordance with applicable law and engagement terms.
7. Regulatory neutrality
ClaimEasy is an insurance claim consulting service and not an insurance company. References to IRDAI, insurers, the Insurance Ombudsman or other institutions are descriptive and do not imply endorsement of ClaimEasy by any regulator, insurer, government body or statutory forum.
8. Performance statements
References to reported grievance-stage resolution or Ombudsman success rates are historical figures stated by ClaimEasy. They should not be interpreted as a prediction, warranty or guarantee of the outcome of any individual case.
