2. Website information

Content on this website is general information about ClaimEasy’s services. It is not a claim decision, legal opinion, insurance policy interpretation for your specific facts or substitute for advice under a signed engagement.

3. Free preliminary review

A website submission is a request for contact and preliminary merit screening only. ClaimEasy may require additional information before expressing a view and may decline a matter. No insurer, authority, limitation period or procedural deadline is paused merely because you contacted ClaimEasy.

4. Paid professional engagement

A professional engagement begins only after ClaimEasy accepts the matter, the policyholder agrees to the scope and commercial terms, and the applicable written agreement is executed. That agreement will prevail over these website terms for the specific engagement.

5. Registration and professional fees

ClaimEasy states that accepted cases may attract a registration fee starting from ₹499. On successful resolution, a professional fee generally ranging from 10% to 20% of the amount recovered may apply. The actual rate, taxes, legal costs and third-party expenses—if any—must be set out in the signed agreement.

“No claim, no fee” on this website refers to the success-based professional fee. It does not mean that an agreed registration charge or separately approved third-party/legal cost is automatically waived.

6. No guarantee of outcome

ClaimEasy does not guarantee that an insurer, Ombudsman, consumer forum, court or other authority will accept a claim or provide any particular relief. Past outcomes and reported success rates are not a promise, forecast or warranty for another case.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide information and copies of records that are accurate and lawfully available to you;
• Do not conceal a material fact or alter a document;
• Keep track of applicable grievance, Ombudsman, consumer and court deadlines;
• Review and approve representations made in your name where required; and
• Pay agreed charges under the signed engagement.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The ClaimEasy name, logo, custom artwork, written content and website design may not be copied or represented as another service without permission. You must not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the website or submit unlawful, misleading or malicious content.
