After the free review, if the case has merit and you choose ClaimEasy to assist, we agree the scope and commercial terms in writing. The one-time ₹499 contribution is allocated to the ClaimEasy Policyholder Education Fund, supporting awareness and education initiatives.
Payable once when ClaimEasy formally takes up your case.
The consulting fee is a percentage of the claim amount, depending on case complexity and the work involved. The exact percentage is agreed in writing before representation begins and is payable only when your claim is settled in your favour.
No success-based consulting fee is payable if the claim is not settled in your favour.
If the matter proceeds to an Insurance Ombudsman, consumer commission or court, physical documents and filing formalities may be needed. These can include printing, stationery, notarisation, courier/postage and applicable filing or court charges, depending on the forum and procedure.
ClaimEasy can coordinate necessary physical documentation and dispatch; agreed external expenses are charged at actual cost.
We can share the prepared documents electronically so you can arrange printing, notarisation, filing and dispatch yourself, subject to the forum’s requirements.
You choose. No additional physical-handling charges from ClaimEasy if you arrange these items yourself.
The written engagement sets out the scope of our services, consulting fees, responsibilities and any agreed expenses. No outcome is guaranteed; the insurer or appropriate forum decides the claim.
