Information we receive

When you contact ClaimEasy, you may share your name, telephone number, email, insurance type, insurer, approximate claim value, description of the issue and optional documents. Uploaded records may contain financial or health-related details. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to contact you, undertake an initial claim merit review, explain possible steps and, if separately engaged, perform agreed claim consulting services.

Access and disclosure

We limit access to authorised team members and appropriate service providers. Documents are not sent to an insurer or another party for representation without appropriate authorisation, except when disclosure is required by law.

Website submission security

The contact form is designed to encrypt new submissions and attachments before storage in a non-public server directory. HTTPS, server updates, access controls, backups and monitoring must also be enabled and maintained by the hosting team.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as necessary for consultation, an active engagement, legal duties or legitimate record-keeping. The final retention periods and deletion procedure must be published after internal approval.
