This notice describes how ClaimEasy handles personal information submitted through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email in connection with a claim review or partnership enquiry. The signed service agreement may contain additional case-specific terms.
2. Information collected
The website claim-review form may collect your name, mobile number, email address, city or district, insurance type, claim concern, insurer, approximate claim amount, preferred contact method and the summary you choose to provide.
Please do not enter Aadhaar or PAN numbers, bank or card data, detailed medical records, passwords, one-time codes, original policy documents or other sensitive files in the website form. The form does not accept document uploads.
Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, access time and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.
3. How information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and conduct a preliminary claim review;
- To contact you through the method you selected;
- To determine what records may be needed for a more detailed assessment;
- To administer an engagement if you later choose to proceed;
- To protect the website and prevent abuse or spam; and
- To comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Submission of the form does not itself create a paid professional engagement.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as necessary to respond, administer the relationship, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. The website does not intentionally retain form submissions in a public web database. It sends the enquiry to the configured ClaimEasy email address.

You may ask ClaimEasy to correct inaccurate contact information, withdraw consent for future contact or request deletion where retention is not otherwise required. A request may require reasonable identity verification so another person cannot change or delete your information.
