The claim review form may allow PDF, JPG or PNG attachments. Please upload only information reasonably relevant to the preliminary review. ClaimEasy may request additional documents separately if a detailed assessment is required.

3. Why we use your information

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, conduct a preliminary claim review, contact you about the requested service, administer an engagement if you choose to proceed, and meet legal, contractual or compliance obligations that may apply.

4. Sharing of information

Information may be shared with ClaimEasy personnel, insurance technical experts or professional advisers involved in evaluating or handling your matter, only to the extent reasonably required. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where you authorize the disclosure.

5. Storage and security

Website enquiry records and uploaded files are stored in server directories protected from ordinary browser access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Retention

ClaimEasy will seek to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute management and record keeping.

You may contact ClaimEasy to request correction or deletion of information, subject to legal, contractual or record-retention requirements that may apply.
