ClaimEasyInsurance claim disputes, taken up on your behalf

For agents and intermediaries

A repudiated claim is the hardest conversation in your business. You sold the policy in good faith, the insurer has said no, and the client is looking at you. Refer the dispute to us and you stay the person who did something about it.

How it works for you

  • The client stays yours. We handle the dispute, not the policy.
  • Costs you nothing. The fee arrangement is between us and the policyholder.
  • You are copied on the case reference and told when the stage changes.
  • We tell you straight when a claim is not worth pursuing, so you are not left promising an outcome.
  • We do not sell insurance, so we are never a competitor for the renewal.

What we do not do

Worth being explicit about, because the offers you get in this market usually are not.

We do not pay referral commissions. An agent's remuneration is regulated, and we are not going to put your licence at risk to win a case. What you get from us is a resolved claim and a client who saw you act.

We do not contact your book. Cases you refer are cases you refer. We do not market to your clients, and we do not sell or cross-sell anything.

We do not take over the relationship. Renewals, servicing, endorsements — all still yours. We are only in the file for as long as the dispute lasts.

We do not promise outcomes. Not to you and not to your client. We give a view at review stage and we stand by it.

Refer a case

Send us what you have. If the client would rather speak to us directly, say so in the description and we will take it from there.

Most useful from you

  • The insurer's reason, in their wording
  • Policy age and whether it was a first-year claim
  • What the client was told verbally, and by whom
  • Anything about the proposal stage we should know early

You know things about the case that the paperwork does not. Those are usually the details that win it.
